Our current shipping destinations are the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. Available delivery services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout for your address and order.

The prices below are the current paid shipping rates before any applicable free-shipping offer. Service availability depends on your order and destination. Transit estimates are in business days after dispatch and do not include order processing time.

Other destinations

Shipping outside these four countries is not currently offered in our shipping profile. Please contact us before ordering if your destination is not available at checkout.

Processing & delivery estimates

Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends are processed within 48 hours. Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.

Your order is prepared through our fulfilment partner before being handed to the carrier. Processing time is separate from the transit estimates listed above. If you need your jewellery for a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

Transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier capacity, public holidays, peak periods and weather can affect delivery.

Tracking your order

When tracking is available for your selected service, use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation to follow your parcel. Tracking information may take time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery address & support

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate, including your postal code and any apartment or unit number. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible so we can check whether an update is still possible.

If your parcel is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, please email Info@FayeCalla.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage, please include photographs of the item and packaging where possible.
