What materials are used in Faye&Calla jewellery?

Many pieces use stainless steel, with selected gold-tone styles featuring an 18K gold PVD finish. Materials vary by design, so check the product description or read Our Materials.

Can I shower or swim with my jewellery?

Care depends on the exact piece. Unless its specific instructions confirm otherwise, remove jewellery before showering or swimming. Use a soft, dry cloth for pearls, stones and delicate details. Read the Jewellery Care Guide or ask us about the product you have in mind.

Where do you ship, and is delivery free?

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. Eligible delivery options are free for orders of €150 or more. The final rates and estimates appear at checkout. Delivery details.

How can I return an item?

Our voluntary 30-day return-request period applies to eligible items and sits alongside your statutory rights. For eligible online purchases, notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods, then send them back within a further 14 days. Does my jewellery have a warranty?

Eligible manufacturing defects are covered by our additional one-year commercial warranty. This does not restrict your statutory consumer rights. Read the warranty terms for details.
