The process includes: 1) Initial application and brand review, 2) Sustainability audit and verification of eco-friendly practices, 3) Product quality assessment, 4) Contract negotiation, 5) Onboarding and marketplace integration. The entire process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
What fees are associated with joining the marketplace?
We charge a small fee that depends on the specific brand and their requirements. In addition to this, we also charge a competitive commission on sales. This structure aligns our success with yours while ensuring quality marketplace standards. Specific rates and fees are discussed during the application process based on product categories, sales volume, and partnership level. Do you provide marketing support for partner brands?
Yes! We provide comprehensive marketing support by setting a dedicated marketing budget for your brand and investing 70% of it in proven marketing channels based on our general advice and industry expertise. Partner brands also benefit from our AI-powered marketplace exposure, social media promotion, email marketing campaigns, and inclusion in our European store expansion. We also provide styling and photography support to ensure your products are presented professionally.
Can international brands join the marketplace?
Absolutely! We welcome sustainable fashion brands from around the world that use eco-friendly and recycled materials. However, brands must be able to ship to European customers and meet EU product safety and labeling requirements.
What support do you provide for inventory management?
We offer integrated inventory management tools, automated stock level updates, and sales analytics. Brands can manage their products, pricing, and availability through our partner portal. Additionally, brands have the option of selling on our website using a dropshipping model with a formal contract, allowing for flexible inventory management without upfront stock investment.
